Heat, sun, salt water and a few cocktails add up fast in Cabo. A headache on the second morning is usually dehydration before it is anything else.
We keep electrolyte drinks, oral rehydration sachets you mix into water, coconut water and plain bottled water, in single servings and packs. Hotel delivery is the most common order we get in summer: a few bottles to the room so nobody has to leave the pool.
